These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Bread & Faith Co. website and preorder process. By submitting a preorder request, you agree to these terms.

Preorder requests and confirmation

Submitting the form creates a preorder request, not automatic acceptance. An order is confirmed only after Bread & Faith Co. communicates availability, the final total, and pickup or delivery details.

Products, prices, and availability

Products and prices may change. Availability is limited by production capacity, ingredients, blackout dates, and the required turnaround period.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup details are provided after confirmation. Local delivery is available only when enabled and may be limited by location, schedule, or capacity. The delivery charge shown in the form is included in the estimated total.

Payment

Available methods may include Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or cash. Payment instructions and the final amount are confirmed directly with the customer.

Cancellations, refunds, and product concerns

Because bread is freshly made and perishable, completed sales are generally final. Cancellation or date-change requests should be made at least 48 hours before the confirmed fulfillment date. Contact us within 24 hours if there is a material issue.

Transactional text-message terms

When you voluntarily check the text-message consent box, you agree to receive transactional messages from Bread & Faith Co. relating to your preorder, including receipt, confirmation, pickup or delivery updates, date changes, readiness notices, and reminders.

  • Message frequency varies based on order activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Reply HELP for help or contact us directly.
  • Consent to automated texts is not a condition of purchase.
  • Marketing texts require a separate opt-in.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable website use

You may not submit fraudulent requests, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the website.
